GET INVOLVED!
At each meeting, we have greeters to welcome members as
they arrive, a 20-minute panel of speakers, a raffle to
benefit our committee, and food for our members.
Greeters - We usually have two greeters
to greet people as they enter our meeting area. We ask that
you arrive 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
Speakers - Topics should be educational
for our members. Past topics range from stress management
to financial planning. Please submit a topic of interest
or if you would like to be a speaker, let us know.
Raffle - We normally have at least 2 per
meeting. The cost to enter the raffle is $1 per business
card and the money raised goes to help the scholarship fund.
At the end of the meeting, a winner is drawn for each raffle
donated. Some examples of past raffles are chocolate gift
baskets, gift certificates to local restaurants, and floral
arrangements.
Food - We ask that enough food is brought
for approximately 50 people. We need someone to bring fruit/fruit
salad and someone to bring baked goods such as muffins,
bagels, danishes, etc. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes
prior to set up.
Host a Meeting - Contact us if you'd like
to introduce us to your place of business! You must be able
to seat 60 women, have the needed parking, and supply coffee
and tea.
*Greeters, Speakers, & Food Sponsors are invited to
submit a 50 word blurb about you and/or your business to
be published in the meetings agenda for that day.
